NPP-USA 2026 Executive Elections
Nominations Update
CLOSED Branch (USA) elections and several chapters. Nominations for the Branch Executive elections — and for a number of chapters — are now closed, and those forms are no longer available. Thank you to everyone who submitted.
OPEN A few chapters are still accepting nominations. If your chapter’s nomination period is not closed, you may still file using the steps below. If you are unsure whether your chapter is still open, check with your Chapter Chairman or Elections Committee (EC).
Important
If you submit a nomination for a chapter whose nomination period has already closed, your submission will be rejected. Confirm your chapter is still open before filing.
How to File a Chapter Nomination
These steps apply to chapter positions only. Branch nominations are closed.
1
Open the Chapter Executive Nomination Form
Use the Chapter Executive Nomination Form on this page and select your chapter. File only if your chapter’s nomination period is still open.
2
Complete and submit the form
Fill in every field marked *, upload a recent passport photograph, and sign in the signature box. Click Submit Nomination. A PDF copy downloads to your device and is emailed automatically to the Elections Committee. Keep your downloaded copy for your records.
3
Pay the chapter filing fee
Chairperson: $200 · all other positions: $150, paid into your chapter’s own account (not the Branch account). Contact your Chapter Elections Committee (EC) for the payment details (Zelle account) and where to send your receipt. Include your full name, your chapter, and the position you are contesting in the payment note.
4
Email your payment receipt
After paying, email your payment confirmation/receipt — including your full name, chapter, and position — to the receipt address provided by your Chapter Elections Committee (EC), so the committee can match it to your nomination.
Your nomination is complete only when the form is submitted, the filing fee is paid, and your receipt has been emailed to the Elections Committee.
Chapters still open should file as soon as possible, as each chapter’s nomination window may close at short notice.
